You wouldn’t believe how much plastic refuse a seabird can fit into its stomach, so we support this Lush Cosmetics campaign to stop it. By taking plastic litter out of the seas and re-using it in their black pots, Lush are hoping to ensure that seabirds eat what is right for them, not bottle caps that take 450 years to break down.
When Mark Constantine saw the above photo, he resolved to do something about it. Kate from Lush Cosmetics will be joining us on our stand (Marquee 1) at this year’s British Bird Fair. Please come along and find out more about her campaign to protect seabirds from ingesting plastic refuse!
