Ordering

Very occasionally, if the technology fails or we make a genuine mistake, your attempt to place an order may be unsuccessful. Whilst we cannot be held liable for this, we will do all we can to resolve issues arising from such events.

If your order is accepted, then you accept the obligation to pay the sum as made known to you at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery costs as stated in these Terms and Conditions.

You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail.

We will only accept credit or debit cards in the name of the customer. Please make sure that there is enough credit on your card to cover the cost of the order, including any delivery costs.

PLACING AN ORDER IS LEGALLY BINDING. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please also see “Cancellations and Returns”, below.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a customer’s involvement in a sale from this website if this person, in our reasonable opinion, acts against these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment of ordered products and fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We reserve the right to bar certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept any order from any customer whose participation has been cancelled or suspended by us without our prior given consent. You agree to and accept this.

Delivery costs will be added to your order.

 

Returns

If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please contact us.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
